These terms and conditions govern your use of the Waste Management Services website and the services we provide. By booking a service you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
We provide skip hire, cage van collections, hazardous waste removal, demolition and portaloo hire. Service availability, pricing and timescales may vary by location and are confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Bookings & Pricing
All prices are shown before payment and include any applicable charges identified during booking. Prices are subject to change for amendments made after booking, such as additional waste, permits or wasted journeys.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store your card details.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or amend your booking subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method.
6. Prohibited Waste
Certain materials, including hazardous waste, must not be placed in standard skips or vans. You are responsible for declaring waste types accurately. Additional charges may apply for prohibited or mis-declared waste.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where required by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
